Honey Glazed Pecan Nuts

This glaze can be put on any nuts or on a mixture of nuts and is nice to put on the cheeseboard along with a few grapes.

Honey Glazed Pecan Nuts


  • 15g butter
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Large pinch salt
  • Grated zest of 1 orange
  • 200g Pecan Nuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/Fan oven 160C gas mark 4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2.  Melt the butter and add the honey, cinnamon, salt and orange zest. Add the pecans and mix well to ensure they are all coated with the mixture.
  3. Put the mixture onto the baking parchment and spread out so that the nuts are not on top of each other. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven when they are toasted but not burnt. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
